Christopher Allsopp is a retired nurse living in Sheffield. Since retiring he has enjoyed spending more time indulging his lifelong interest in art, mainly producing personal pictures for family members. He is hoping to develop a style which captures the visual tangle which nature often presents. He is also likes to gain a scientific understanding of nature and biology. Chris is interested in all styles and schools of art but is particulary drawn to domestic scenes and children’s book illustrations.
